Is this a donation or an investment?

This is a crowd support contribution, not an equity or profit-sharing investment. You’re backing our growth as an early supporter and receiving exclusive perks in return.

How will I receive the benefits of my Alpha or Beta plan?

After you contribute, we’ll email your voucher and digital certificate within 7 business days. Merchandise, store credits, and other benefits will be rolled out as per our timeline — and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Can I upgrade from Beta to Alpha later?

Yes! If spots are still available, you can upgrade by paying the difference (AED 500). Just contact us at support@marz.ae and we’ll help you make the switch.

What happens after I contribute?

You’ll get a confirmation email, followed by access to your perks and early updates on Marz’s development. If you’re a Beta supporter, you’ll also be invited to our private advisory group.

How many people can join this campaign?
