Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• “Company” refers to Marz Ecom LLC registered in Shams under License#: 2112509.01
• “Customer” refers to any person who purchases goods or services from the Company.
• “Goods” refers to any products or services offered for sale by the Company.
• “Order” refers to a customer’s request to purchase Goods from the Company.
• “Website” refers to the Company’s website at www.marz.ae

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an Order on the Website, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Company reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on the Website.

3. Order Acceptance

The Company will confirm the Customer’s Order by sending an email to the Customer’s email address. The Order will only be deemed to be accepted by the Company once the Company has sent this confirmation email.

4. Prices

The prices of Goods displayed on the Website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price payable by the Customer will be the price displayed on the Website at the time the Order is placed.

5. Payment

The Customer may pay for Goods purchased from the Company by credit card, debit card, or COD(UAE Region only). The Company reserves the right to refuse any payment method.

6. Delivery

The Company will deliver Goods through third party courier company to the address specified by the Customer in the Order. The Company will use its reasonable endeavors to deliver Goods within 3 working days of the Order being accepted. However, the Company cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame. The Company will not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by factors beyond its control.

7. Returns

The Customer may return Goods purchased from the Company within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The Customer must return the Goods in their original condition and packaging. The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning Goods. Return or exchange isn’t applicable for customers outside UAE.

8. Liability

The Company’s liability for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer arising out of or in connection with the Company’s provision of Goods or services is limited to the amount of the Customer’s purchase price. The Company will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties, whether oral or written.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms & Conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
